riverdrift says

Click on start for a new game.
Click on a ship to place it on your board.
You can click all the ships or just one.
Click on the vertical button to place the ship vertically.
Click when you have it where you want it.
That ship in the list will grey out, continue with all of your ships.
After you have placed all of your ships, the CPU will place its ships. Once the CPU is done, it will be your turn to shoot first.
Just click anywhere in the CPU's area to fire a shot there. Your shot will either hit or miss

The scores figure as follows:
(Hits x 3) - Misses = Score
The winning scores can range from a high of 63 to a low of -16.
Score 20 points and get on the scoreboard.
Names that are not recognizable will eventually be removed. OK
